MJR Care Training Services is a specialist education and consultancy service. We are grounded in over three decades of frontline and leadership experience within health, social care, and mental health services. Our work bridges the gap between real-world clinical practice and high-quality education, assessment, and quality assurance, ensuring learning is relevant, robust, and compliant.
Meet our founder, Martyn Rigg
Led by Martyn Rigg, we bring extensive experience across teaching, assessing, internal quality assurance (IQA), programme management, and course development. This includes significant work within further education, apprenticeship provision, and training organisations. Martyn has delivered, assessed, internally verified, and quality-assured Health and Social Care qualifications from Level 1 through to Level 5, working with colleges, independent training providers, and awarding organisations across the UK. Martyn has 40 years experience working within Health and Social Care across a wide range of client and patient groups and still works on a ad hoc basis on the wards to keep practice sharp.
